Review by me: EntermateStar
Hatsune Miku Project Diva X is the anniversary game for the Project Diva franchise and in doing so is meant to be treated as more or less it’s own separate thing, you want a huge library of songs? You won’t find that here like you would in the other games, it has only 32 songs. HOWEVER! Does that mean this game is worse? If you would ask me, i would answer, “Hell no!”, I personally love this game, the new added story mode feature for this game finally adds some sort of real personality to the vocaloids we have been seeing in our games for all of these years, as shallow as they might still be, it certainly adds more to the experience. And beside, even without all of those songs honestly you will still be getting a huge amount of playtime, as moduels and all of the other Project Diva collectibles and accessories make a return, and are just as hard to get as always. All in all i feel like this experience is certainly more different than the other games, and is one worth trying out at the very least, plus the new melody tracks just feel like a party and it makes me super hype! To each their own, but I would personally give this game a “GREAT!” rating!
Note: This is the first Project Diva game to provide actual English translations for all of the songs, previously it just showed the lyrics with English characters but it was still in japanese.
