This is a v0.15.7 English patch copy. It’s the completed Flame edited PSP translation applied to the PC version. Credits to Ganba as the original source.
This includes the full game in English as well as the Japanese voices from the Vita Evolution port added in.
The 5th game in the Legend of Heroes Trails series and the 2nd game in the Crossbell arc. Continues the story a few months after the end of Zero no Kiseki.
After the events of the first game, individuals related to the cult in both the government and the mafia were purged from Crossbell and peace was temporarily restored. This doesn’t last very long as the Red Constellation, one of the continent’s top Jaeger corps, and Ouroboros, the very same hidden organization from Trails in the Sky, converge onto the area.
Thar’s about all I know about the plot, haven’t started it. You also get some new SSS recruits in this game.
Chronologically, this occurs during the 2nd half of Cold Steel I and the 1st half of Cold Steel II and finishes months before the October Campaign/Erebonian Civil War ended and the subsequent events that occurred following it related to the Crossbell State.
- Operating system: Windows XP or latest
- CPU: Dual core Processor
- Memory: 2GB Ram
- Hard drive: 5GB Available Space
- Graphics hardware: Intel HD 2000 or better
How to Play:
- Extract game and play. For future patches, just copy the patch files to the folder and overwrite then run Flame Installation bat file.
- Change system locale to Japanese to avoid text issues, you can do this though the ED_AO.bat file.
Note: The game flashes/flickers sometimes. Issue with the PC port. Use Borderless Gaming to solve it. It’s a 3rd party program that adjusts both windowed/full screen games into windowed mode but resized to fit your screen while maintaining aspect ratio. Also helps to minimize all your other windows.
If you care about Zero save transfer,
unfortunately you cannot transfer it over from the PC version, you actually can but I can’t test without a Zero PC clear save. However, there are pre-made complete saves in the “savedata” folder you can use to overwrite. They are saved after the first cutscene/battle in the game.
Actual save location is folders SAV0001 for slot 1 and SYSTEM for system data, just copy and overwrite after making a save in-game with what’s in the other folders.
Ex. Want a Zero transferred save on Hard? Copy everything from SAV0001_HARD into SAV0001 and overwrite. Slot 2? Into SAV0002. Same deal for everything else.
